TikToker Records His Aging Through Laptop Camera Over the Years
A male TikToker went viral on social media after recording how he aged over time using his laptop camera.
Bryceadl, a TikTok user, shared a video compilation showing how his laptop camera had “watched” him grow up through the years. The post quickly went viral and gained various reactions online.
Bryce, whose real name is Bryce Llamzon, shared that his habit of recording started in 2020 when his relatives gave him a laptop for online classes. At first, he would simply record himself doing random and fun things to pass the time.
“It is really special to me since I have always wanted to have my own laptop, mainly because I wanted to record videos of myself doing whatever I think is fun and entertaining,” he said.
Over the years, however, those clips turned into a timeline of his life, unknowingly documenting how he grew older with each passing year.
Now 18, Bryce looked back on his old videos and reflected on how fast time had flown. From the days when he was just 13 up to his present self, he could see the changes not only in his face but also in the way he carried himself.
The supposed simple recordings have now become a treasured reminder of his teenage years. “I am currently 18 and seeing those clips recorded from the same lens again, back when I was 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17, reminded me of how much time really has passed,” he explained.
He also shared that recording has become one of his favorite hobbies, and he intends to continue capturing moments of himself in the future. For him, it is a way of keeping pieces of his youth alive, a reminder that even small and seemingly ordinary joys are worth remembering.
