Couple’s Funny Van Ride Goes Viral After Being Seated in the Cargo Area
A commuting couple goes viral on social media after being seated at the very back of a passenger van.
Recently, Samantha San Juan, a Facebook user, shared a video of a couple who was seen sitting at the very back of a passenger van, right where luggage is usually placed. The post garnered various reactions from the internet users.
Samantha San Juan shared that she and her boyfriend were heading home from Festival Mall when the incident happened. The driver told them there were still two seats available, so they hopped in.
“Sabi kasi meron pa raw po dalawa. Tapos nagulat kami likod ng van ang inopen. Puno na kasi sa loob pero hindi namin alam na sa likod kami isasakay,” Samantha said.
The door that opened was the back of the van, and they were asked to sit there because the main cabin was already full.
At first, the situation felt strange and a little scary, especially since they had to travel through the expressway. Samantha admitted that the ride was bumpy, and sitting at the very back made them feel more exposed and worried about their safety.
Samantha said it even felt like they would be the first ones to get hit in case of an accident. Despite the fear, the couple managed to laugh about the experience. The back area of the van was cool and had a fan, so it wasn’t uncomfortable.
“Nakakahilo and maalog po sa likod. Medyo nakakatakot din kasi expressway ang dinaanan namin. So, nakakatakot kasi feeling namin kami unang mapipisa,” she added.
