Sarah Geronimo Almost Blocked from Billie Eilish Concert
SARAH GERONIMO – The Popstar Royalty almost didn’t make it inside Billie Eilish’s concert in London after a misunderstanding at the entrance. In a Facebook Reel posted by her husband, Matteo Guidicelli, fans saw the excited couple walking toward the entrance of the O2 Arena, eager to watch the international singer perform live.
As they lined up and Sarah’s bag was checked, a small misunderstanding occurred. A security guard questioned the light blue bottle Sarah was carrying. She answered honestly, saying “alcohol.” However, the guard misunderstood, thinking she meant liquor instead of hand sanitizer, and stopped her from entering, saying, “It’s not allowed.”
Fortunately, Matteo quickly stepped in to explain, saying, “It’s hand sanitizer,” which cleared up the confusion. Once everything was clarified, the couple was allowed to enter and enjoy the concert.
Matteo shared the funny yet memorable moment online, writing in his caption, “Flew in just for the night to catch her live and it was worth every mile.” He also praised Billie Eilish’s performance, describing her as “commanding, electric, and totally in control.” He added that the best part of the concert was Billie’s gratitude toward her audience and team. Matteo even joked about their brief trouble at the gate, saying, “Almost got in trouble for bringing in ‘alcohol.’ Relax, it was just Green Cross.”
He also playfully suggested a dream collaboration between Sarah and Billie, saying, “What if we saw a Sarah G x Billie Eilish collab someday? Now that would be wild.”
