In a video making the rounds online, Paul accidentally pulled away a chair that a female fan was about to sit on—causing her to fall, much to the surprise and amusement of the crowd.

The incident happened on June 28 during the 76th Founding Anniversary celebration of Brooke’s Point. While performing a song on stage, Paul was approached by a female fan for a quick selfie. He gladly agreed and even placed his arm around her shoulder, which made the fan visibly excited. After the photo, Paul unknowingly picked up a nearby monobloc chair—thinking it wasn’t being used—and continued with his performance.

Just moments later, the fan tried to sit back down, thinking the chair was still behind her, but ended up falling when she realized it was gone. The lighthearted moment was captured on video and shared on social media by the fan herself, Shamel Ledesma Aguirre. The post quickly gained attention and has now reached over 119,000 views.

After the video went viral, Paul took to Facebook to address the incident. He wrote: “Hindi naman kasi saakin ang upuan kuha ako ng kuha pasensya Minamahal kong binibini at hindi ko napansin eh upuan mo pala yun bawi ako sayo i love you!!!
