Mayor Mark Alcala and Kathryn Bernardo Dating?
MARK ALCALA AND KATHRYN BERNARDO – A restaurant was reportedly closed to give the Lucena City Mayor and the actress some private time together, according to entertainment hosts Ogie Diaz and Mama Loi on their vlog Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update.
According to their sources, the restaurant staff were asked to surrender their cellphones to prevent any photos or videos from being leaked. Additionally, they were allegedly required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to maintain confidentiality.
This is just one of the recent rumors linking the two. Another report claimed that Mayor Mark and Kathryn were seen walking together at Bonifacio Global City on June 6.
As of now, neither Kathryn nor Mayor Mark has addressed the issue. No official comment or statement has been released, leaving fans curious and eager to know if there is any truth to the speculation.
Meanwhile, Mark Alcala is the current mayor of Lucena City in Quezon Province. Elected at the age of 26 in 2022, he became the city’s youngest mayor, succeeding his father, who now serves as vice mayor. A graduate of De La Salle University with a degree in Business Management, he also played varsity basketball during his college years. Before entering public office, he worked as his father’s executive assistant and was actively involved in youth leadership initiatives. As mayor, he focuses on improving public services, promoting economic growth, and staying connected with the community through social media.
Kathryn Bernardo is one of the most celebrated and influential actresses in the country. She rose to fame through hit TV dramas like Mara Clara and starred in blockbuster films such as The Hows of Us and Hello, Love, Goodbye. She is also the first Filipina ambassador for the luxury brand Lancôme and manages a successful chain of nail salons.
