Batangas Singer Fatally Shot During Bingo Game
BATANGAS – A singer from Talisay was tragically shot in the head while playing bingo, in what authorities believe was a planned killing. According to police reports, the suspect approached the victim during the game, pretending to invite him to perform at an event. Without warning, the suspect suddenly pulled out a gun and shot the singer in the head.
The shocking incident was captured by CCTV cameras, which became key in identifying the suspect. In an exclusive video released by the Talisay Municipal Police Station, authorities were seen arresting the man known only by his alias, “Tagalog.” He was located in a compound in Barangay Aya, Batangas, just days after the incident.
Upon his arrest, police recovered a .45-caliber pistol believed to be the weapon used in the shooting. They also seized the jacket, cap, and motorcycle that the suspect allegedly wore and used during the attack and his escape.
