Female Customer Disappointed Over Small Corned Beef Serving at Popular Fast-Food Chain

Female Customer Expresses Dismay Over Small Corned Beef Serving

A female customer expressed her frustration online after receiving a very small portion of corned beef from a popular fast-food chain.

Recently, Krista Francis Marie Samonte-Gorre, a Facebook user, shared her disappointment after ordering two breakfast meals with corned beef, each costing P166, from Jollibee Buendia Taft in Pasay. The post elicited reactions from the online community.

According to Gorre, she was shocked when she opened her meal and saw that it contained only about one spoonful of corned beef, and the rest was mostly onions.

Krista approached a staff member about the issue and was told that it was the last of their corned beef. However, this information was not mentioned to her during her order, which added to her frustration.

The female customer said she would have understood if they had informed her earlier, but instead, they claimed the serving was correct.

For someone who has been a loyal customer since 1995, she felt the meal was not worth the price she paid. She also mentioned that after dealing with stress, heat, and hunger, receiving such a disappointing meal only made things worse.

“Dear Jollibee , Jollibee Buendia Taft Pasay

I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. Yesterday, I ordered 2 breakfast meals with Corned Beef (P166 each). However, when I received my order, I was surprised to find that mine had very little corned beef (about 1 spoonful) and a LOT of ONIONS.

I spoke to the staff dispatching the orders, and I was unhappy with her response. She claimed that was the last of the corned beef they had, but they didn’t inform me of this when I ordered just minutes before. I would have understood if they had let me know beforehand. Instead, she insisted that the portion was correct. I felt this wasn’t worth the P166 I paid, especially when the dish had more onions than corned beef.

Kindly teach them that when the kitchen is busy and the item is insufficient, please inform the front counter so it won’t be chaotic..

I AM A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF JOLLIBEE SINCE 1995

Thank you,
