Mother of Former Bulakan Mayor Reported Missing
PATRICK MENESES – The mother of former Bulakan, Bulacan mayor and current mayoral candidate has been reported missing. The woman, identified as 65-year-old Precy Francisco Meneses, was last expected to meet her son for a Mother’s Day celebration on Sunday, May 11.
According to Meneses, they had arranged to meet at Waltermart Guiguinto around 3 p.m. for a family dinner at a nearby restaurant. When his mother failed to arrive after several hours and could no longer be contacted, he reported her missing to the Guiguinto Police.
As of Monday, Precy Meneses remains missing, and her family continues to seek help in locating her. In an official statement, Patrick Meneses expressed deep concern over his mother’s sudden disappearance and confirmed that all communication with her had been lost. He emphasized that the matter had been turned over to the proper authorities to ensure a thorough investigation and bring clarity to the situation.
“Kami po ay labis na nag-aalala sapagkat cya ay lumagpas na sa takdang oras na aming pinag-usapan,” Meneses said. “Kami po ay nakatakdang Kumain ng sabay sabay ngaung gabi upang icelebrate ang Mothers Day.”
Meneses appealed to the public for prayers and support during this difficult time and called on authorities to assist in ensuring his mother’s safety. He also hinted at the possibility that the incident could be politically motivated, stating, “If this is part of dirty politics, we must stand our ground.”
The case has stirred concern among residents of Bulakan, who are hoping for Precy’s safe return. The search continues, and the Meneses family urges anyone with information to come forward. As the investigation unfolds, the family remains hopeful and asks the community to stay vigilant and supportive.
