Yanna Absent from LTO Hearing

Yanna Skips LTO Hearing

YANNA – The controversial female motovlogger did not attend the Land Transportation Office (LTO) hearing in Quezon City on May 6.

Alyanna Mari A. Aguinaldo, better known online as Yanna, is under public scrutiny following a road rage incident in Zambales. The Land Transportation Office (LTO) issued her a Show Cause Order, requiring her to explain why she should not be held accountable for several traffic violations.

The alleged violations include reckless driving (as stated under Section 48 of Republic Act 4136), using incorrect license plates, and operating a vehicle with unauthorized or defective parts. The LTO is also assessing whether she is still fit to hold a driver’s license.

As part of the ongoing investigation, Yanna’s driver’s license has been suspended for 90 days and flagged in the LTO’s database. She has been instructed to surrender her license once the official notice is received. Yanna, who is also known for her motovlogs, is expected to appear before the LTO’s Intelligence and Investigation Division on May 6, 2025.

However, Yanna did not attend the LTO hearing in Quezon City on May 6. This comes after the issuance of a Show Cause Order by the agency due to a road rage incident in Zambales. Only Aguinaldo’s lawyer was present at the hearing, which was also attended by Jimmy Pascua, the complainant in the case.

Meanwhile, despite releasing a public apology, Yanna continues to face strong criticism from netizens. Some have even called for mass reporting of her page, which currently has over 400,000 followers, if the viral road rage video is not taken down.

It appears that Yanna has already deleted the video. However, before it was removed, it had already garnered millions of views, leading some to speculate that she may have delayed deleting it to gain engagement.
