Vice Pres. Sara Duterte Jokes She’s With “Sandro Marcos” in One Event
SARA DUTERTE – The Vice President joked that her partner now is Sandro Marcos after a woman looked for her handsome bodyguard ‘Kateyki’.
The arrest of former Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte undeniably left the Filipino people divided. It created a huge gap between the supporters of the Dutertes and the Marcoses. Pres. Bongbong Marcos earned “betrayal” accusations following the unexpected turn of events last March 11.
Former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte is currently detained at The Hague, Netherlands. He’s under the custody of the International Criminal Court where he is faced with an accusation of crimes against humanity. Vice Pres. Sara Duterte has just returned to the Philippines after staying for more than three (3) weeks at The Hague.
During the stay of Vice Pres. Duterte at The Hague, she set the ICC legal team of her father. According to her, she’s the only one in their family who has a Schengen Visa when the former President was arrested, thus, she was the first to fly to the Netherlands to immediately follow her father.
Vice Pres. Duterte set the ICC legal team of former Pres. Duterte with British-Israeli lawyer Nicholas Kaufman as the lead counsel of the team. During her stay at The Hague, the handsome bodyguard of Vice Pres. Duterte caught the attention of the netizens on Facebook.
The handsome bodyguard of the Vice President is called “Kateyki” on social media. Photos and videos of him circulated online and many people gushed over the dashing bodyguard of the Vice President. Many people also appreciated how he assists the Vice President.
Now that Vice Pres. Sara Duterte is back in the Philippines, she is busy going to one place from another to thank her family’s supporters and to endorse her senatorial bets in the upcoming 2025 Midterm polls. With regards to her looming impeachment trial, the VP Sara claimed that her lawyers are “more than confident” to win the impeachment trial.
Recently, at a public event, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte responded to a woman who looked for her handsome bodyguard “Kateyki”. Based on a video posted on the Facebook page Bisayang Dako sa Norway, the Vice President joked that her partner now is “Sandro Marcos”.
“Ang akong kauban karon si Sandro Marcos… Joke lang,” the Vice President said.
