BINI Aiah Speaks Out on Speculations Linking Her to a Basketball Player
AIAH ARCETA – The BINI member took to social media to address rumors surrounding her personal life. In a post on her X (formerly Twitter) account, she acknowledged the growing speculations linking her to various individuals she has been seen with.
Aiah expressed her surprise at how much attention the issue has received and how quickly assumptions have spread. She noted that almost anyone she spends time with—whether a friend, mentor, or even a relative—ends up being linked to her, which she finds unfair.
While she usually ignores such talk, Aiah decided to speak up this time because the people close to her were being affected. She shared that those who bring her comfort and happiness have been subjected to online ridicule, which she finds deeply upsetting. She emphasized that her friends have been a great source of support, especially recently, and do not deserve to be criticized for simply being part of her life.
Aiah also reminded the public that there are always different sides to a story and urged everyone to be more understanding. “Kindness is free, and we all need it,” she said, encouraging people to replace negativity with love. She ended her statement with a lighthearted joke, saying that even her pet, Honey, might soon be caught up in the rumors.
Her statement came after she was spotted attending a PBA game, sparking speculation about a connection to basketball player Caelan Tiongson. This was the second time she had watched a Rain or Shine match, fueling further discussions.
In a previous interview, Caelan confirmed knowing Aiah through a mutual friend but chose not to comment on her personal life. He simply described her as a great person and admitted to being a BINI fan. He was also seen at BINI’s concert in Bulacan last February, along with fellow player Felix Lemetti.
Through her message, Aiah hoped to put an end to the rumors and shift the focus toward kindness and positivity instead.
