Mavy Legaspi Joins PBB as Host
MAVY LEGASPI – The GMA-7 artist has been officially introduced as one of the hosts of Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) Celebrity Collab Edition, marking an important step in his hosting career. This special edition of PBB will feature celebrities from both ABS-CBN and GMA as housemates, making it a highly awaited event.
Mavy shared his excitement about joining the show during his guest appearance on It’s Showtime on February 21. He expressed his happiness about meeting the new housemates from Sparkle and Star Magic and being part of the country’s most well-known reality show. Having watched PBB since he was a child, Mavy considers it a great honor to be a host alongside well-known personalities like Gabbi Garcia, Kim Chiu, Enchong Dee, Robi Domingo, Melai Cantiveros, and Bianca Gonzalez. While he admitted feeling a bit nervous, he is excited to take on the role and contribute to the show’s success.
The PBB Celebrity Collab Edition is extra special because it celebrates the 20th anniversary of Pinoy Big Brother. Over the years, the show has helped many aspiring stars start their careers in the entertainment industry. Mavy’s inclusion in the hosting team strengthens the partnership between GMA and ABS-CBN, continuing the trend of working together that makes Filipino viewers happy.
Mavy is not new to hosting. Last year, he showed his skills as one of the hosts of Tahanang Pinakamasaya and has also hosted different events. He previously co-hosted GMA Network’s cooking talk show Sarap, ‘Di Ba? with his mother, Carmina Villarroel, and twin sister, Cassy Legaspi. Known for his natural charm and lively personality, he is expected to bring his own style and energy to PBB Celebrity Collab Edition.
