The woman, who is in a long-distance relationship with her boyfriend, shared her frustration and sadness over the incident. Both of them are in their early thirties, and although they haven’t formally introduced each other to their families, their relationship is not a secret. Her family knows she has a boyfriend, but they haven’t met him yet.
The issue started when her boyfriend failed to reply to her messages one day. Worried, she decided to message his sister, who happens to be a social media influencer, to ask if he was okay.
The sister didn’t respond, but hours later, the boyfriend called to explain what happened. Apparently, his sister had asked him about the woman who messaged her. Instead of admitting that she was his girlfriend, he told his sister she was just a fan playing a prank.
The frustrated girlfriend decided to end the relationship after feeling deeply hurt and unvalued. She shared that the incident made her question her worth in the relationship and emphasized the importance of being acknowledged by a partner, especially in front of their family.

My bf and i are ldr. (early thirties na kami). Hindi pa namin kilala pamilya ng isang isa pero hindi naman tago yung relasyon. Alam ng pamilya ko na may bf ako but they dont know who.
