He gained recognition for his breakout role as Snoop Manansala in the ABS-CBN romantic drama Can’t Buy Me Love, alongside Maris Racal. He later appeared in films such as Hello, Love, Goodbye and Unbreakable, as well as TV series like The House Arrest of Us, The Iron Heart, and My Papa Pi.
Anthony found himself in the middle of a controversy after being accused of having an affair with actress Maris Racal while still in a long-term relationship with his then-girlfriend, Jamela Villanueva. The situation escalated when Villanueva shared screenshots of private messages between Jennings and Racal on her Instagram Stories, hinting at a deeper connection between the two.
Jennings and Villanueva had been together for almost seven years before their relationship ended earlier in 2024.
