Director Xian Lim Shares Yearbook Photo
XIAN LIM – The actor-director took to social media a post showing his yearbook photo when he was a child, his ambition, and philosophy in life.
One of the popular actors in the Philippine entertainment industry is Xian. He is not only an actor but also a director. He recently released a movie entitled Kuman Thong.
Kuman Thong was taped in Thailand. His associate producer in the film is no other than his new girlfriend, Iris Lee. It was in May when Xian confirmed his relationship with Iris Lee, a film producer, after a few weeks of speculations.
Prior to his relationship with Iris, Xian came from a relationship with Kapamilya actress Kim Chiu. They were in a relationship for 12 years. They were on-screen partners before they became lovers in real-life. They’re collectively called KimXi by their fans and supporters.
Last December 2023, after a few months of rumors and speculations, Kim Chiu confirmed her breakup with Xian Lim. After it, the actor-director became the center of rumors and allegations.
Xian was accused of cheating. Iris was even tagged as the third party in their breakup but the actor denied the allegations. Xian also debunked the rumors that he requested Kim to cook steak for him and he broke up with her while they were having it.
In several interviews, Xian Lim claimed that he earned a lot of negative statements from people because of their breakup. He also expressed that his mother and grandmother also received threats because of his breakup with the Kapamilya actress.
To defend himself, Xian said that he does not want to be remembered because of the breakup. He expressed his side of the story saying that they loved each other and tried to work things out so they reached 12 years.
Recently, Xian Lim celebrated his 35th birthday amid Kuman Thong showing in cinemas. Xian’s fans even had his new movie on block screening. They also had a cake as they celebrated his birthday in advance.
