RENDON LABADOR – Here’s what the motivational speaker said about the Facebook outage causing the platform to go down.

On Tuesday, Meta products Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram (including Threads) faced significant technical challenges that persisted for more than two hours.

A multitude of users encountered errors while trying to access those social media platforms throughout the period, with issues ranging from unexpected logouts on Facebook to error messages such as “Something went wrong. Please try again” upon attempting to log back into the platform.

The tech company acknowledged the issue on its status page with a message timestamped March 5, 2024 11:17 PM GMT+8, saying that Meta is aware of an issue impacting Facebook Login and its engineering teams are actively looking to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

As of March 6, 2024 at 3:27 AM GMT+8, the status page said Meta has recovered from an earlier outage impacting Facebook Login, and services have now been restored.

On Wednesday, Rendon posted a photo of himself on his Facebook page with the text, “Ngayon alam na ninyo ang pakiramdam ng taong nawalan ng facebook.” However, majority of netizens reacted “Haha” on his Facebook post.

While some netizens agreed on what Rendon said, a certain Facebook user said “Atleast kami saglit lang.” Below are some of the comments:

Rendon Labador has more than 1.8 million followers on his Facebook page as of this writing.

To recall, Rendon announced on Instagram Stories last September 2023 that his Facebook page has been “deleted”. While some netizens were saddened by what happened to his Facebook page, others celebrated the deletion of his page at that time.

It was last October 2023 when he announced that his Facebook page has returned after being disabled by the social media platform.
