TONY VELASQUEZ – The ABS-CBN news anchor reacted to the “Hokkaido” joke of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.
In a press briefing in Noveleta, Cavite, on Monday, October 31, the president said in jest: “Welcome to Hokkaido.”
