Samsung Galaxy A Quantum has officially arrived in South Korea!
Samsung officially launched its latest smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy A Quantum, in South Korea in partnership with SK Telecom.
This, as GizGuide claimed that Samsung’s latest smartphone was the world’s first smartphone to have a Quantum Random Number Generation (QRNG) chipset.
As reported by GizGuide, SK Telecom claimed that this smartphone has the world’s smallest quantum chip — 2.5mm x 2.5mm in size — that could help its users safely used specific services by way of generating unpredictable and patternless pure random numbers.
This quantum technology was developed by a Switzerland-based subsidiary ID Quantique of SK Telecom. In terms of technical specifications, this smartphone has a lot of similarities that came from the Galaxy A71 5G.
Specifications
This smartphone has a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED centered-punch-hole display with a 60Hz refresh rate.
In terms of its performance, this smartphone has an octa-core Samsung Exynos 980 processor, Mali G76 MP5 graphics processor, and a One UI 2.0 operating system. It also has an 8GB internal memory, 128GB internal storage, and 4500 mAh battery capacity.
When it comes to its cameras, this smartphone has a quad-rear-camera setup which includes 64MP main camera, 12MP ultra-wide camera, 5MP macro lens, and 5MP depth sensor. It also has a 32MP front camera.
In addition, this smartphone weighs 185 grams. Other features were included in this smartphone such as in-display fingerprint sensor, QRNG chip, dual-mic, USB-C, accelerometer, proximity sensor, and gyroscope.
Price and Availability
As per the report, this smartphone was priced at KRW 649,000 and was already available for pre-order. It comes with three color variants: Prism Cube Black, Prism Cube Sliver, Prism Cube Blue.
