The post featured only three fish emojis on a plain black background, without any caption or explanation, which quickly sparked curiosity and online discussion. The simplicity of the post led many netizens to interpret its possible meaning. Some viewed the fish emojis as a subtle hint that something unusual or questionable was happening, suggesting that there was more to the situation than what was publicly known.

The post surfaced as serious allegations were filed against the actress by her former driver and personal assistant. The 40-year-old man filed complaints before the National Bureau of Investigation, accusing Rhian, Michelle Dee, and several others of torture and serious illegal detention. He claimed that on January 17, he was taken to a condominium unit after being accused of stealing an envelope that allegedly contained private photos. He denied the accusation and said he was pressured to confess. According to his account, he was kept inside the unit for several days and allegedly suffered physical and emotional abuse. He also claimed that he attempted to escape out of fear for his safety but was caught and brought back.
The driver said that a theft case was later filed against him at a police station, but this was eventually dismissed by prosecutors, leading to his release. Afterward, he formally filed complaints, saying that the incident caused him severe trauma. The Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption supported his decision, while the NBI said it would review the evidence and determine whether charges are warranted.
Rhian Ramos and Michelle Dee, through their legal counsel, strongly denied the allegations. Their camp said that no illegal detention occurred, explaining that the driver stayed in the condominium as part of his job.
