Tal Brosas Speaks Up After Alvin Aragon Criticizes LGBTQ Parents
TAL BROSAS — The lesbian daughter of comedian K Brosas and a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community — has spoken out strongly against Alvin Aragon following his controversial remarks about gay and lesbian individuals.
The issue began after Aragon publicly criticized LGBTQIA+ people, claiming that they would be condemned to hell. He also called out celebrity parents, including K Brosas, rapper Gloc 9, and actor Ian Veneracion, for supporting and accepting their LGBTQIA+ children.
K Brosas first responded to Aragon’s comments, expressing disappointment that he mentioned her name and appeared to judge parents simply for loving and accepting their children. She questioned why he felt the need to interfere in matters that did not concern him and pointed out that supporting one’s child should never be a reason for condemnation.

Soon after, Tal Brosas directly addressed Aragon in a lengthy social media post. Clearly hurt and frustrated, Tal criticized what she described as the misuse of religion to spread hate and division. She explained that many religions teach humility, kindness, and compassion, and warned that when faith is used to justify anger and self-righteous behavior, it contradicts the very lessons it claims to uphold. According to Tal, attacking others while claiming moral superiority reflects personal issues rather than genuine faith.
Tal further argued that sincere belief should inspire people to become better and more understanding individuals. Instead of promoting cruelty or judgment, faith should lead to empathy and respect. She stressed that acting with hatred while claiming to defend religious teachings only undermines the message of love that many religions promote. In her view, using Christianity as a weapon shows a failure to understand its core principles.

She also made it clear that rejecting religion does not automatically make someone immoral, especially if that person lives with kindness and humility. For Tal, actions speak louder than words, and compassion matters more than religious labels. She ended her message by urging self-reflection, saying that before trying to correct or condemn others, one should first examine and improve oneself.
