Former Viva Hot Babes Members Speak Out on Reunion Rumors
Former Viva Hot Babes members Andrea Del Rosario and Sheree spoke out about rumors that their popular girl group might have a reunion concert. The Viva Hot Babes, which included Andrea, Sheree, Katya Santos, Maui Taylor, Jen Rosendahl, JC Parker, and others, were active around the same time as the SexBomb Girls, whose recent reunion shows were very successful.
Andrea explained in an interview on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” that while fans have asked her about a reunion, nothing has been officially planned. She said that unlike the SexBomb Girls, the Viva Hot Babes were mostly actresses and models, not professional dancers. Although they would love to do a reunion, their different schedules and work, including acting projects and public service, make it hard to organize. Andrea also shared that she admires the SexBomb Girls and hopes they could collaborate someday if a reunion ever happens.

Katya Santos also confirmed the group’s position in a Facebook post on January 13. She made it clear that, even though fans are excited and supportive, there is currently no reunion concert planned. Katya said that the group members are following different paths in life and have other priorities, so a reunion cannot happen anytime soon. She also responded to comparisons with the SexBomb Girls, saying that both groups have their own achievements and should be respected. Katya highlighted the importance of the Viva Hot Babes in Philippine pop culture, saying the group represented a time of confidence, individuality, and self-expression.
In the end, both Andrea and Katya thanked their fans for their support and understanding. Andrea clarified that previous interviews that suggested a possible reunion were only speculative. The official statement is that no reunion concert will happen soon. The group continues to take pride in their work and the memories they created, celebrating their place in the history of Philippine pop culture.
