Marian Rivera Reveals the One Thing She Cannot Tolerate While Working
MARIAN RIVERA – Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera did not hold back as she revealed the one work habit that immediately gets on her nerves, sparking reactions from fans and co-stars alike.
Marian Rivera once again caught the attention of viewers after candidly sharing what she dislikes most about working with colleagues, particularly those who fail to respect time on set.
In the latest episode of “Janno & Bing,” Marian openly talked about professionalism and the values she holds dearly when it comes to working in the entertainment industry. According to her, all of her past and present coworkers are well aware of the one habit she simply cannot tolerate.

“Alam ng lahat ng katrabaho ko kung ano ‘yong ayaw ko talaga,” said Marian. “Parang kaya kong mag-adjust kung hindi mo kayang magbigay na actor; na gusto mo ikaw lagi ang bida, that’s fine with me.”
The actress emphasized that she is generally patient and understanding when it comes to creative differences and even lapses in preparation. For Marian, these are things she can adjust to as long as everyone does their part on set.
“Hindi mo alam ‘yong lines mo, okay lang sa akin ‘yon. Bahala ka. Basta ginagawa mo ‘yong work mo, gagawin ko ‘yong work ko. That’s fine with me. Isa lang ang ayaw kong ginagawa, always late,” she added.
Marian went on to explain that her strong feelings about punctuality stem from her concern for the hardworking crew members behind the scenes. She shared that she feels deeply for those who arrive early and often go home late just to make sure a production runs smoothly. For her, being late is not just a personal inconvenience but a sign of disrespect to the entire team.

Her statement drew a noticeable reaction from singer-actor Janno Gibbs, one of the hosts of the show, who could not help but groan at her remarks. Janno is widely known in the industry for his reputation for arriving late on set, making the moment both humorous and awkward.
Seizing the opportunity for a lighthearted jab, Marian quipped, “Buti na lang talaga hindi pa tayo nagkakatrabaho.”
Despite the playful exchange, Marian’s message was clear: professionalism and respect for time are non-negotiable for her. By speaking up, she highlighted the often-overlooked sacrifices of crew members and reminded everyone that punctuality is a simple yet powerful way to show respect in any workplace.
