Rumors About Esnyr Being Late and Bringing Partner on Set
ESNYR RANOLLO — The third placer of Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition has been the subject of rumors claiming that he frequently arrives late on the set of Call Me Mother.
According to reports shared during an episode of Showbiz Update hosted by Ogie Diaz, Esnyr is said to arrive anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour late, sometimes accompanied by his romantic partner. The gossip suggested that he does not appear apologetic upon arrival, raising questions about his attitude on set.
Ogie Diaz further explained that many productions strictly prohibit the presence of partners or romantic interests on set, including any form of courting, which makes Esnyr’s alleged behavior notable. Despite this, there have been no reported complaints from Vice Ganda, one of the main stars of the show, regarding Esnyr’s tardiness or the presence of his partner. According to insiders, it seems that Vice Ganda only expects performers not to arrive late to appointments with him personally, although being late remains unprofessional regardless.
Another crew member, Oscar, reportedly mentioned that John Lapus, a co-host, has been frustrated with Esnyr’s punctuality, suggesting that some members of the production may have been affected by his lateness. Ogie noted that if there is truth to these claims, the proper clarifications should come directly from Esnyr or the show’s director, Direk Sweet, to provide an accurate perspective.
To provide balance, Ogie also remarked that even he occasionally arrives late on set, but he ensures that the staff is informed immediately when that happens. This implies that punctuality can be managed professionally if communicated properly, highlighting that transparency with the production team is key.
As of now, Esnyr has not released any official statement or clarification regarding the circulating rumors.
