Manny Pacquiao Gave Eman Bacosa an Apartment and a Luxury Watch
The camp of Manny Pacquiao responded to online comments questioning what he has given to his son, Eman Bacosa.
This came after a video surfaced showing Dr. Vicki Belo and Dr. Hayden Kho shopping for gifts for Eman, including an expensive luxury watch. Some netizens remarked that it seemed others were doing more for Eman than his own father, which led to renewed criticism of Manny.
To address public assumptions, Bernard Cloma, a close friend of the Pacquiao family, clarified that Manny has long been providing for Eman. Bernard posted a photo of a Patek Philippe watch on social media and explained that the luxury watch was actually a gift from Manny to his son. He emphasized that it was unfair for people to assume Manny had not given anything, especially since much of the support he provides is private.
Bernard also revealed that Manny gave Eman an apartment in General Santos City even before the pandemic. This apartment served as Eman’s home while he was undergoing boxing training. In addition to providing a place to stay, Manny ensured that Eman received a weekly allowance to support his training needs. These details were not mentioned by Eman during his earlier interview, which led some people to believe that Manny had not been involved in his son’s life.
Jinkee Pacquiao also responded to the criticisms, confirming that she is aware of all that Manny has provided Eman. She avoided giving lengthy explanations but stated that their relationship with Eman is good and that she has no issue with Manny’s children being close to him. While she was careful not to comment on matters involving Eman’s mother, she clarified that she holds no resentment and has never spoken negatively about her.
