Sarah Discaya’s Rolls-Royce Sparks Controversy as Sen. Hontiveros Reveals Luxury Car Prices
SARAH DISCAYA – Senator Risa Hontiveros has revealed the jaw-dropping value of Sarah Discaya’s luxury cars, igniting heated debates about wealth, politics, and accountability.
Senator Risa Hontiveros has revealed the staggering prices of the Discaya family’s luxury cars through her official Facebook page, sparking heated discussions both online and in the Senate.
Sen. Risa Hontiveros shared on her official Facebook page the prices of the Discaya family’s luxury cars. According to her post, the family’s Rolls-Royce is valued at ₱42 million, while their Maybach Mercedes costs ₱22 million.

“Presyo ng mga LUXURY CARS ayon kay Sara Discaya, nung tinanong siya tungkol sa mga halaga ng kotse n’ya,” read the senator’s caption, which quickly drew thousands of reactions and comments from netizens.
Based on Hontiveros’ post, the Rolls Royce remains the priciest in their collection at ₱42 million. Following it is the Maybach Mercedes at ₱22 million, two vehicles priced at ₱20 million each—a Bentley and a Mercedes G 63—plus other models such as a ₱16-million Range Rover Autobiography, two GMC Denali units worth ₱11 million each, a Cadillac Escalade costing ₱11 million and another at ₱8 million, a ₱7-million Range Rover Defender, and a ₱5-million Range Rover Evoke.
For many netizens, the list underscored the immense wealth and lavish lifestyle of the Discaya family, who are under Senate scrutiny over alleged questionable earnings from flood control projects.
The controversy deepened when Sen. Vicente “Tito” Sotto III disclosed that one of the couple’s car dealers was allegedly involved in smuggling. “Yung sinabi n’ya na Frebel Enterprise, ito yung china-charge ng [Bureau of Customs] ng smuggled Bugatti. Puro smuggled ang sasakyan nito,” Sotto claimed.

Questions also resurfaced about Sarah Discaya’s previous admission. During a Senate hearing, she confirmed buying a Rolls-Royce Cullinan simply for its unique feature. “Sir, yes po,” she replied confidently when asked if it was only because of the umbrella.
Sarah and her husband, Pacifico “Curlee” Discaya, both known contractors, own Alpha & Omega Gen. Contractor & Development Corp. and St. Timothy Construction Corporation. While their firms have secured major government projects, their extravagant lifestyle—marked by nearly three dozen luxury cars and multiple mansions—has drawn sharp public and Senate scrutiny.
