Alexa Miro Still Loves Sandro Marcos Despite Split
ALEXA MIRO – The actress has finally spoken about her past relationship with Presidential son and Ilocos Norte First District Representative Sandro Marcos, which they kept private for five years.
In a recent interview after the press conference for the reality singing competition Sing Galing Celebrity Edition on September 25, Alexa confirmed for the first time that Sandro was indeed the man she had been in a relationship with. For years, there had been rumors about them being together, but neither of them publicly admitted it until now.
When asked why they decided to keep their relationship a secret, Alexa explained that it was mainly for safety and security reasons, especially since Sandro is part of the country’s First Family. “I believe it’s always right to always look at the bigger picture. Baka there’s a grand scheme of things na di natin nari-realize na better for everyone,” she said.
Alexa revealed that she decided to speak up about their breakup during a TikTok Live because she was overwhelmed with emotions at the time. “Nasaktan kasi talaga ako sa mga huling kaganapan kaya siguro naramdaman ko na baka panahon na para magsabi ng totoo. Hindi ko rin alam, e. Di ko pa nasasagot ang katanungan na yan kasi very fresh pa yung nangyayari. Parang nangyari lang ito lately. I’m still wrapping my head around it kung bakit ko nga ba nagawa yun, ano ba ang purpose nu’n,” she admitted.
She emphasized that she wasn’t seeking attention or publicity, explaining that her actions were driven by personal emotions and that she spoke out at the wrong time while she was feeling overwhelmed. Alexa also shared that she still cares for Sandro and remains open to the possibility of getting back together, while wishing him nothing but the best.
Meanwhile, Alexa expressed excitement about joining Sing Galing: Sing-Lebrity Edition as a contestant. She shared that her participation is not just for fun, but also to support her chosen charity, making the experience more meaningful for her.
