Ai-Ai delas Alas Upset at Ez Mil for No-Show

Ez Mil Cancels Show, Ai-Ai delas Alas Reacts

AI-AI DELAS ALAS – A video of the veteran actress and comedienne went viral on social media, showing her expressing frustration over an artist who allegedly failed to show up at the Calgary Fiesta Filipino 2025 in Canada.

In the video, Ai-Ai did not directly mention any name. However, based on the TikTok caption and several comments, many believe she was referring to Filipino-American rapper Ez Mil.

“Hindi pwede ‘yung ganun!” Ai-Ai exclaimed on stage as some people tried to calm her down. She continued, “Pag nag OO kayo, hindi pwedeng nagno-no show kayo! Hindi pwede yung ganun. Tapos no show ka na, ikaw pa ‘yung naninira sa Facebook.”

The incident sparked mixed reactions online. Some netizens sided with Ai-Ai, expressing disappointment over the no-show, while others defended Ez Mil.

Upon checking, it was revealed that Ez Mil’s management had already released a statement on August 29, announcing that his performance at the event had been canceled. According to their post, the decision was due to the event producer’s failure to fulfill the agreed terms.

The statement read: “We regret to inform everyone that EZ MIL will not be performing at Calgary Fiesta Filipino 2025 as previously scheduled. Unfortunately, due to the event producer’s inability to meet the agreed terms, our artist’s participation will not be possible.”

As Ai-Ai’s emotional message gained more attention, Ez Mil’s team released another statement to clarify misinformation circulating online.

They explained that they did not receive any payment or proper coordination for the event, such as hotel arrangements, transportation, or event contacts, and were even given fake receipts. After traveling for two weeks, they cut their trip short to attend the festival, only to encounter poor arrangements and empty promises. They stressed that the situation was unacceptable.

Ez Mil’s team added that they would not tolerate false claims or attempts to damage his reputation. They emphasized that they had done everything possible to make the performance happen and that professionalism and respect must go both ways. Recently, Ez Mil returned to the Philippines and performed as a guest artist at the Black Eyed Peas concert held on August 27.
