BINI Takes Legal Action Against Online Attacks
BINI – The popular P-Pop girl group has officially filed a legal complaint after facing a series of alleged online harassment incidents in recent weeks.
The filing was revealed through an Instagram Story posted by celebrity lawyer Joji Alonso, showing a cropped photo of the first page of the complaint. The image clearly displayed BINI’s name as the complainant. No other details were shared about the contents of the case or the identity of the respondent.
The controversy began when a video of BINI rating different Filipino dishes went viral, receiving mixed reactions from the public. Tensions escalated when self-proclaimed “National Gossip” Xian Gaza made a controversial Facebook post directed at Gen Z. In his post, he claimed it was acceptable to have intimate relations as long as c*nd*ms were always used to avoid pregnancy.

Gaza then mentioned BINI directly, singling out one member and accusing her of being overly flirty. This sparked strong reactions, especially from the group’s fanbase, known as the Blooms.
He did not stop there. Gaza made additional posts, including one in which he commented on how crowded a bar was, saying it was the opposite of what he claimed about a BINI member. The tension rose further when he named some members, stating it was not Aiah, Mikha, or Maloi, leaving the public to guess among the remaining five members.

Although BINI and their lawyer have not yet disclosed the exact details of the complaint or the identity of the respondent, their decision to pursue legal action shows they are taking a firm stand against online harassment. The incident has sparked discussions on social media about the limits of public remarks, the treatment of artists, and the legal remedies available to celebrities who face harmful or defamatory statements online.
