UNHYGIENIC – A photo has gone viral on social media showing a woman changing her dog’s diaper on a baby changing table inside a women’s restroom. The picture, taken at a mall in Quezon City on July 28, 2025, received strong reactions from many people online, including animal lovers and parents.
In the photo, a group of women can be seen in the restroom—one of them carrying a baby. In a corner, a woman is using the baby changing table for her dog. According to the original post, some people had already told her to stop, but she continued. The uploader expressed frustration, saying that the mother and baby had to adjust because of someone’s pet.
Many people, even those who love animals, said the act was inappropriate. One person said that while they are an animal lover, the baby changing table should only be used for human babies. Another pet owner agreed, saying that changing a dog’s diaper could be done elsewhere, and that baby changing tables are meant for real babies—not pets being treated like babies.
Some mothers shared their thoughts, saying they no longer feel comfortable placing their babies on those tables. Others warned that sharing these spaces between babies and pets may spread germs or cause illness. They expressed concern for the health of babies who might use the table next.
