Who Were Duterte’s Girlfriends? Mon Tulfo Tells All
MON TULFO – The broadcaster and columnist revealed details about some of the women who were reportedly in romantic relationships with former President Rodrigo Duterte. According to Tulfo, Duterte had a refined taste when it came to women, describing most of his past girlfriends as attractive and accomplished in their own way.
Tulfo mentioned that out of all the women linked to Duterte, only two were not particularly attractive by his standards—Honeylet Avanceña, Duterte’s longtime partner, and Royina Garma, a former police officer who also served as the general manager of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
Among the women Tulfo said Duterte had relationships with were a former high-ranking government official, a city councilor and former ABS-CBN broadcaster, a former provincial governor, a businesswoman of German descent, a broadcaster from a government-owned network, a former Agriculture undersecretary, and a bus company owner. Tulfo added that these women were not financially dependent on Duterte, as most of them had their own careers or businesses.

Tulfo added that Duterte once joked that these women should now find wealthy boyfriends, especially given his current legal situation. He noted that despite being detained in the Netherlands, Duterte has not lost his sense of humor.

This came after an earlier interview with Davao City Representative Paolo “Pulong” Duterte, in which he shared that his father, during a conversation from his detention in The Hague, had jokingly asked someone to help his 13 former girlfriends find rich partners—apparently a light-hearted remark amid his serious circumstances.

Meanwhile, Former President Rodrigo Duterte is in The Hague, where he is currently detained and facing charges before the International Criminal Court (ICC) for alleged crimes against humanity connected to his drug war.
