Jameson Blake Addresses Viral Photo with Barbie Forteza
JAMESON BLAKE – The actor has addressed the rumors linking him to Barbie Forteza after photos of the two holding hands at a public event went viral online. The pictures were taken during the Cabalen Half Marathon held on June 29, 2025, at the Clark Parade Grounds in Pampanga, where both stars participated in the fun run.
In a Showbiz Update vlog aired on July 4, hosted by Ogie Diaz, Jameson explained the context behind the viral pictures. He clarified that he and Barbie are not in a relationship, and the holding hands moment happened because of the large crowd. “Honestly, we are not together. The reason why nahuli kami holding hands kasi andaming tao nung nagpa-picture sa kaniya. I was just assisting her palabas. Gets ko naman people will think different. Haha,” Jameson said. He added, “Kumbaga, crowd control ako that time. Inaalalayan ko lang si Barbie.”
This wasn’t the first time the two were seen together. They also joined a previous fun run on May 11, organized by Kapuso star Alden Richards. Although many Kapuso and Kapamilya celebrities attended, it was Jameson and Barbie’s tandem that captured the most attention online.
Their closeness fueled speculation, especially since they are co-stars in the upcoming Netflix film “Kontrabida Academy.” Barbie even posted a selfie with Jameson on her Instagram Story after the run, captioned: “Soooo proud of you @jmsnblake first run 16K agad! Super appreciate you for running with me.”
Videos of the event also made the rounds online, including one showing Barbie warming up while Jameson stood nearby, seemingly waiting for her.
As of now, Barbie is reportedly single, following her public breakup with longtime boyfriend Jak Roberto on January 2. Jameson, meanwhile, hasn’t been romantically linked to anyone in recent years.
