Vice Pres. Sara Duterte Claims Other PDP-Laban Bets Allegedly Won in 2025 Elections
SARA DUTERTE – The Vice President who admitted her doubts in the 2025 Elections result revealed she suggested to the PDP-Laban to ask about the process of the canvassing of votes.
During the 2025 Midterm Elections campaign period, Vice Pres. Duterte campaigned for the senatorial bids of Senator Imee Marcos, Las Piñas district Representative Camille Villar, and the PDP-Laban candidates or the #Duter10. She campaigned fervently for the best of her father’s political party amid his detention in The Hague, Netherlands.
Prior to the PDP-Laban adopting Marcos and Villar as guest candidates in the 2025 Senatorial Elections, former Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte’s political party campaigned for the #Duter10 who are the following:

- Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa
- Congressman Rodante Marcoleta
- singer Jimmy Bondoc
- Jayvee Hinlo
- Raul Lambino
- actor Philip Salvador
- Atty. Victor Rodriguez

Not only VP Sara but all the Duterte siblings fervently campaigned for the #Duter10. Vice Pres. Sara Duterte also called on the Filipinos not to vote for the candidates endorsed by Pres. Bongbong Marcos. The Chief Executive and the administration supported the senatorial slate of the Alyansa Para Sa Pagbabago.
It is no secret to the public that there is an ongoing rift between the President and the Vice President. In the 2025 Midterm Elections result, six (6) candidates from the Alyansa won while five (5) candidates supported by Vice Pres. Duterte emerged victorious in the senatorial race. They are the following:

- Las Piñas district Rep. Camille Villar
- Sen. Christopher “Bong” Go
- Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa
- Congressman Rodante Marcoleta
Vice Pres. Sara Duterte was disappointed by the results of the 2025 Midterm Elections. She called on the Filipinos to build a stronger opposition. Recently, the Vice President expressed her doubts on the results of the recent senatorial race.
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, speaking at a celebration of the Philippine Independence, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte claimed that senatorial bets like Jayvee Villanueva Hinlo, Jr., Jimmy Bondoc, and Richard Mata should have won in the senatorial election.
“Tapos na naman ang kampanya, totoo yun, pero bakit nandito si Atty. Hinlo, Atty. Bondoc, Atty. Mata? Kasi po para sa akin at alam kong totoo, nanalo po sila sa eleksyon noong nakaraan,” she expressed.
According to Vice Pres. Duterte, she has consulted with IT experts who claimed that it is allegedly not possible that the number of votes were legit. She revealed that she has advised the PDP-Laban to question the process of the canvassing of votes.
“Hindi po ako IT expert kaya sinabihan ko po ang PDP, sabi ko kayo ang partido, kwestyunin niyo kung paano ginawa ang proseso ng bilangan,” the Vice President said.
Vice Pres. Sara Duterte also recalled that during the 2022 Elections, she first knew that she was winning in the vice presidential race after she saw her victory in the OFW and absentee voting. Based on the report, she stressed that Bondoc, Mata, and Hinlo won in the absentee voting.
“Panalo po sila sa OFW vote, sa absentee voting. Lahat ng makadaupang kamay ko, lahat ng mayakap ko, lahat ng mahalikan ko sinasabi ko, dalhin niyo ang kodigo, vote straight tayo, 10 ang ating senators. Kaya po naniniwala talaga ako, sila ay ating mga senators,” she expressed.
Previously, one of the PDP-Laban bets, Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, expressed his desire for a manual recount of the senatorial votes in the 2025 Elections.
