Rendon Labador Helps Police Get Fit in 93 Days
RENDON LABADOR – The motivational speaker has launched a 93-day fitness training program for the Philippine National Police (PNP). The program officially began on June 19 at Camp Crame and is organized by the Police Community Affairs and Development Group.
The training is designed to help police officers become healthier and reduce excess weight, especially around the waist. According to Rendon, physical fitness is important for officers to perform their duties effectively, particularly when apprehending criminals. He believes that police officers should look and feel strong to do their jobs better and to set a good example for the public.
Rendon shared some practical advice on how officers can lose belly fat faster. One of his main tips is to cut down on rice consumption. “Hindi rin naman talaga maganda kapag may pulis na pagkalaki-laki ng tiyan. Dapat lahat ng mga pulis natin ay magbawas ng kanin kasi kahit anong pag-work out natin, kung di mo sasabayan ng tamang nutrisyon, balewala rin ang gagawin natin,” Rendon said.

Aside from leading the workouts, he will also guide officers in managing their food intake to ensure they are eating properly. This way, they can follow a fitness plan that suits them and is sustainable in the long run.

Moreover, the entire training program is completely free for all participating police officers. This fitness effort also supports the directive of newly appointed PNP Chief Nicolas Torre III, who earlier ordered all officers to reach their required weight within a year. Those who fail to meet the target may face dismissal.

Meanwhile, Rendon Labador is a fitness coach, motivational speaker, and social media personality. He became well-known for giving honest and straightforward fitness advice, and for viral content like the “Motivational Rice” meme. He owns the Fitness Army gym and holds degrees in Information Technology and Civil Engineering. Rendon is known for speaking out on health, discipline, and social issues. While some people find him controversial, many still respect his work in fitness and motivation.
