BARBIE FORTEZA and JAMESON BLAKE – The two are currently making waves on social media after being spotted holding hands during a public event.
The viral photo shows them walking side by side, seemingly hand-in-hand, while a young fan can be seen taking a picture of them. Based on the race bibs they were wearing, it was confirmed that the photo was taken on June 29 during the Cabalen Half Marathon held at the Clark Parade Grounds in Pampanga.
The post’s caption sparked even more curiosity, reading: “Barbie at Jameson holding hands sa isang fun run? Sila na ba?” Along with the photo, a screenshot of a netizen’s reaction also went viral, stating: “Hala nakikita niyo ba nakikita ko [shocked face emoji] ayoko nalang mag-talk…kung saan masaya ah.”
The image quickly drew a flood of mixed reactions from fans and netizens in the comment section. Some showed support, saying Barbie deserves happiness and should be with someone who truly matches her. Others were critical, pointing out that Jameson allegedly already has a girlfriend, and questioned the appropriateness of the gesture. A few insisted that they still prefer Barbie to be paired with her previous on-screen partner, David Licauco, and remained loyal to the “BarDa” love team.

This is not the first time the two stars have been linked through a fun run. They were previously seen being very close at the Lights Camera Run event held on May 10, where videos and photos of their interaction also made rounds online. Adding to the speculation is the fact that Barbie and Jameson are co-starring in an upcoming Netflix film titled Kontrabida Academy, which will also feature veteran actress and comedienne Eugene Domingo.
