Andi Eigenmann to Crist Briand: “Don’t use our daughter for clout.”
ANDI EIGENMANN – The former actress expressed her outrage after content creator Crist Briand featured her 13-year-old daughter Ellie in a social media video without her or Jake Ejercito’s consent. Andi was especially upset because not only did Crist fail to ask for permission, but Ellie herself was reportedly uncomfortable and did not want to be filmed.
Andi called the act “disrespectful” and “exploitative,” saying it crossed personal boundaries and exposed her daughter to inappropriate comments online. She emphasized that children should never be used for attention or popularity online, firmly stating, “Don’t use our daughter for clout.” While it is still unclear whether Andi plans to take legal action, her stance added to the growing criticism of the content creator’s actions.

Jake Ejercito, Ellie’s father, was the first to speak out. He took to social media to condemn the video, saying his daughter was filmed without permission and clearly did not want to be part of it. He strongly criticized Crist Briand for using a child to gain online views, calling the move a clear invasion of privacy. “Clout-chasing should never come at the cost of someone’s privacy, especially a minor’s,” Jake wrote, urging his followers to report the video.
Though Crist later removed the video, Jake continued to speak up. In a follow-up post, he thanked supporters who helped report the content and encouraged them to continue reporting Crist’s page. He also confirmed that he is now exploring legal options to hold the creator accountable.

The situation quickly gained public attention, with many people siding with Andi and Jake. Supporters praised them for protecting their daughter and speaking up against the inappropriate use of a minor for online fame.
