Yanna Misses LTO Hearing Due to Death Threats
YANNA – The controversial motovlogger allegedly received death threats, which explains her absence from the LTO road rage hearing.
Yanna was noticeably absent from the Land Transportation Office (LTO) hearing on May 6 regarding a road rage incident in Zambales. According to her lawyer, she did not attend the hearing due to serious safety concerns, including multiple death threats she allegedly received after a video of the confrontation went viral. The incident involved a heated argument between Yanna and a pickup driver, Jimmy Pascua, during which she was seen making obscene gestures.
Since the video spread online, Yanna has faced heavy criticism and harassment from netizens. Her lawyer revealed that aside from the threats, she has also endured extreme online insults and verbal abuse. To make matters worse, her home address was allegedly leaked on social media, further raising concerns for her safety.

Despite these issues, Yanna issued a formal letter of apology to both the LTO and Mr. Pascua. In the letter, she expressed remorse for her actions and stated that she is willing to accept any punishment the LTO may impose.
In response, the LTO ordered Yanna to surrender her driver’s license and present her motorcycle at the next scheduled hearing on May 8. While Yanna has shown accountability by apologizing and complying with the LTO’s requirements, Jimmy Pascua remains firm in his decision to pursue legal action. According to him, the confrontation not only caused public embarrassment but also affected his family.

“Okay lang naman na namakyu siya, ang problema lang doon ay hinintay ako sa tulay, Hindi na po (ako) makalabas gaano. Gabi-gabi na lang umuuwi para lang makaiwas sa mga tao. Nagtatrabaho lang po ako, hindi po ako mayaman,” he said.
