Driver’s License of Yanna Suspended for 90 Days
90-DAY SUSPENSION – The driver’s license of Alyanna Mari A. Aguinaldo, also known as “Yanna Motovlog,” has been officially suspended by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) for a period of 90 days. This disciplinary action follows a viral video showing her involvement in a road rage incident in Zambales, which drew public attention and prompted an investigation by the LTO.
The incident, which took place on a rough dirt road, showed Yanna in a heated exchange with a pickup truck driver. As a result, the LTO issued a Show Cause Order (SCO) directing her to explain why she should not be administratively charged with several violations, including reckless driving under Section 48 of Republic Act 4136, improper use of number plates, and operating a vehicle with unauthorized or defective accessories. She was also asked to justify why she should still be considered a proper person to hold a driver’s license.

As a preventive measure, her driver’s license was immediately placed under a 90-day suspension and marked with an alarm status. Yanna has been ordered to surrender her license upon receipt of the SCO and is scheduled to appear before the LTO’s Intelligence and Investigation Division on May 6, 2025. She is required to submit a written explanation, along with any supporting documents, addressing the allegations. Failure to attend or respond will result in the LTO resolving the matter based on the available evidence.

The Land Transportation Office emphasized that all drivers—whether private individuals or public personalities—must be held accountable for their actions on the road. The agency highlighted the importance of responsible driving and reminded influencers that their behavior sets an example for others. The suspension sends a strong message that reckless and disrespectful conduct behind the wheel will not be tolerated.
