Message of Vice Pres. Sara Duterte for PMA 2025 Graduates
SARA DUTERTE – The Vice President expressed her hopes and greetings to the 2025 graduates of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA).
It is still the season of graduations in schools and other educational institutions. Previously, Vice Pres. Duterte gave a message to the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) graduates of 2025 expressing her hope that they would always choose what is right. Recently, she gave a message for the graduates of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA).
The PMA is currently having the graduation of the PMA Sundalong Isinilang na Kasangga at Lakas ng Ating Bayan Para sa Kalayaan (SIKLAB LAYA) Class of 2025. It is held at the PMA grounds in Fort del Pilar, Baguio City. Pres. Bongbong Marcos is expected to attend the graduation event.
Recently, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte released a video message on social media to express her congratulations to the SIKLAB LAYA Class of 2025 graduates of PMA. The Vice President started her message with greetings of a good day and congratulations to all the graduates. She expressed a recognition on the depth of their love for the nation which was first shown when they entered the academy.
According to the Vice President, the PMA graduates have “chosen the life of selfless service that only the brave, the courageous, and the real patriot” would pick. She expressed her hope that they will be instruments who will push for goodness, for what is right, for what is true, and the real change in the lives of the Filipinos who continuously dream, strive, and hope to succeed.
“Lagi sana kayong maging instrumento na magsusulong ng kabutihan, ng tama, ng katotohanan, at tunay na pagbabago sa buhay ng mga Pilipinong patuloy na nangangarap, nagsusumikap, at umaasang magtatagumpay,” she expressed.
In her message, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte also expressed her hope that their service will not only light up the aspirations of a free country but as well as ignite the country’s strength to be a truly free nation. She also expressed her hope that the 2025 graduates of PMA will not be used in traitorship and in inflicting sufferings among the poor by those who are in power.
“Huwag sana kayong maging kasangkapan ng pagmamalabis, pagtatraydor, at pagpapahirap ng mga nasa kapangyarihan sa mga kapwa Pilipino na katulad ninyo ay matapang na naninindigan para sa kabutihan, sa tama, sa katotohanan, at sa tagumpay ng mga Pilipino,” the Vice President said.
Vice Pres. Duterte stressed that she trusts that the SIKLAB LAYA Class will continue to embody the virtues that shaped their military education and made them become commendable cadets. Here is the video message of the Vice President for the graduates:
