Ser Geybin Called Out by Rendon Labador for Using a Child in Content
RENDON LABADOR – The social media personality criticized fellow content creator Ser Geybin after netizens called out a now-deleted video involving a child. The video, titled “Slide,” showed a child being made to sit and slide down a certain type of chair—something many viewers found inappropriate for a child.
Rendon didn’t hold back, saying, “THINDI NAKAKATAWA AT HINDI BIRO!!! Ginagamit ninyo ang mga bata sa kagaguhan ninyo. Mga content creators huwag kayo masasanay na BASTA MAG PUBLIC APOLOGY lang ay okay na. Dapat ito maimbestigahan at hindi dapat palampasin.”
He stressed that while apologies are welcome, serious attention should be given to this matter. He called on the proper government agencies to step in, emphasizing that content creators must be held accountable for what they post online, especially when it involves minors.

In a follow-up post, Labador explained why it’s important to call out what he described as irresponsible creators. “Kung walang sisita, hindi natin maitatama,” he said. He added that irresponsible content has become more frequent and dangerous, which is why it’s time for authorities to take these cases seriously. “Nakakabahala na at hindi dapat pabayaan lang,” he warned.
He even questioned which government agency should take action on such issues, saying, “Gising gising baka natutulog nanaman tayo sa pansitan.”

Rendon also referred to a past case involving a motovlogger named Yanna, where the Land Transportation Office (LTO) took proper action. He praised that move and hoped it would serve as a warning to other entitled individuals—especially when public safety and children’s welfare are at risk.
Meanwhile, Ser Geybin issued a public apology via Facebook for his video titled “Slide.” He admitted to uploading it impulsively without thinking about the potential consequences and acknowledged his mistake.
