LTO Declares Motovlogger Yanna Guilty
YANNA – The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has declared the motovlogger guilty following its investigation into a viral incident involving a heated altercation between her and a pickup truck driver in Zambales. As a result, Yanna’s driver’s license remains suspended, and she has been fined for multiple violations.
According to a statement posted on the LTO’s official Facebook page, LTO Chief Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II imposed a fine of ₱5,000 on Yanna for riding a motorcycle without side mirrors, and an additional ₱2,000 for reckless driving. Her license suspension will remain in effect until she turns over the motorcycle used in the incident to the LTO.
Yanna reportedly admitted that the motorcycle she used does not belong to her. In its seven-page decision, the LTO cited her dangerous overtaking maneuver, as seen in the viral video, and the absence of side mirrors on her motorcycle as evidence of her violations.

The LTO based its ruling on three main items: the viral video, Yanna’s written apology, and an affidavit submitted by the pickup truck driver involved. Yanna was found guilty of reckless driving and operating a motorcycle without mirrors—both violations of Republic Act 4136. However, she was cleared of the violation regarding the absence of a license plate, as the motorcycle is not registered under her name.
The LTO also criticized Yanna for failing to attend the investigation and for not surrendering the motorcycle, calling this a violation of legal procedures and a sign of disrespect toward regulatory processes.

According to Atty. Mendoza, Yanna’s lack of cooperation has hindered the investigation and enforcement. The LTO has ordered the confiscation of the motorcycle’s license plate, which is registered under her name, and placed the vehicle on an alert list—meaning it cannot be used legally until it is turned over.
Furthermore, law enforcement officers have been directed to apprehend Yanna if she is seen driving, until her license suspension is officially lifted.
