Jimmy Pascua Stands Firm in Pursuing Case Against Motovlogger Yanna
JIMMY PASCUA – The pickup driver has made it clear that he will continue to pursue legal action against motovlogger Yanna, despite her lawyer issuing a public apology on her behalf.
During a Land Transportation Office (LTO) hearing in Quezon City, Atty. Ace Randolph Jurado, Yanna’s legal counsel, read an apology letter addressed to Pascua and his family. The letter expressed deep regret for the inconvenience and embarrassment caused, with hopes that time would eventually heal the emotional wounds.
However, Pascua was unmoved by the gesture. He emphasized that the apology did not feel sincere and was not enough to make up for the humiliation and trouble he experienced. “Hindi naman sincere ang sorry kaya tuloy ang kaso,” Pascua stated firmly.

Jimmy Pascua said he doesn’t mind being cursed at, but what truly troubled him was being deliberately confronted. Since the incident, he has avoided going out and chooses to come home late just to avoid encountering people.
“Okay lang naman na namakyu siya, ang problema lang doon ay hinintay ako sa tulay, Hindi na po (ako) makalabas gaano. Gabi-gabi na lang umuuwi para lang makaiwas sa mga tao. Nagtatrabaho lang po ako, hindi po ako mayaman,” he said.

Even the LTO confirmed that the administrative case against Alyanna Mari A. Aguinaldo would proceed regardless of the apology. “Even with the apology letter, we are still moving forward with the case,” the agency stated.
Meanwhile, Yanna continues to stir buzz online, receiving criticism from netizens. Her latest post was a photo taken during a trip to Hong Kong, accompanied by the caption: “As above, so below.” It also appears that she has already taken down the viral video of her altercation with Pascua, which had earned more than 29 million views.
