Jake Ejercito Calls Out Crist Briand for Filming Ellie Without Permission

Jake Ejercito Speaks Out Against Vlogger Who Filmed His Daughter

JAKE EJERCITO – The actor called out content creator Crist Briand for recording and posting a video of his 13-year-old daughter, Ellie, without her consent. Jake took to social media to express his frustration, stating that his daughter did not want to be filmed or included in the video at all.

In his initial post, Jake criticized Crist for using his daughter just to gain views online. He wrote, “This “influencer” filmed Ellie without her consent. She did not want to be in his video—let alone be posted by him. Clout-chasing should never come at the cost of someone’s privacy, especially a minor’s.” He then asked his followers to report the video.

Soon after the backlash, Crist Briand deleted the video. However, Jake didn’t stop there. In a follow-up post, he thanked those who reported the video and encouraged them to continue reporting Crist’s page. Jake also shared that he is currently exploring legal options against the content creator.

“Please continue reporting the page of this irresponsible clout chaser who ambushed a 13-year-old girl for views,” he noted. “I’m now in the process of exploring legal options,” he added.

The incident sparked widespread discussion online. Many people supported Jake’s decision to speak up and commended him for standing up for his daughter. They agreed that filming or posting videos of children without a parent’s permission is wrong—especially when it’s done for social media attention.

Meanwhile, Crist Briand is a content creator who posts videos on social media. Like many influencers, he creates content to gain views and followers. However, after this recent issue involving Jake Ejercito’s daughter, he received heavy criticism for being careless and disrespectful. Many netizens called him out for putting a minor in the spotlight without consent, reminding others that content creation comes with responsibilities—especially when it involves children.
