Andrew E Supports Sam Verzosa for Free at a Campaign Rally
ANDREW E – The rapper-songwriter once again proved his star power and charisma during the proclamation rally of Manila mayoral candidate Sam Verzosa (SV). The event took place on March 28 at Dagupan Street, Tutuban, where the crowd warmly welcomed Andrew E as he performed on stage.
The audience enthusiastically sang and danced along, but the energy soared when he performed his hit song, Banyo Queen. In a special moment, Andrew even modified some of the lyrics to include Verzosa’s name, further exciting the crowd.
Despite the rain, Andrew remained professional and committed, arriving at the venue early and delivering his performance as planned. According to Verzosa, Andrew did not charge a talent fee for his appearance, offering his support entirely for free. The rapper had another commitment that night but still waited patiently to take the stage and endorse Verzosa.

After his performance, Andrew E raised Verzosa’s hand and officially endorsed him, declaring, “Kung gusto ng pagbabago, si SV ang kailangan.”
Before the proclamation rally, Verzosa spent eight hours on a motorcade, greeting and engaging with his supporters. Despite the exhaustion, his enthusiasm remained evident, especially as he witnessed the overwhelming support from the people.
In his speech, Verzosa emphasized that his campaign is not about promises but actions. He highlighted his free medical services, maintenance medicines, and mobile clinics that provide daily assistance. He also mentioned the ₱2,000 allowance for senior citizens and other programs aimed at improving lives.

However, he acknowledged the challenges he faces, including criticisms on social media. Some claim that his aid and livelihood programs will be discontinued if he wins. In response, he firmly stated, “Alam n’yo gagawin ko, kapag nanalo tayo, mas dadagdagan ko pa. Ang payo ko sa mga naninira sa atın, gayahin nyo na lang kami. Ang gusto kong makinabang, ang taong bayan.”
Verzosa outlined his three key priorities: health, education, and livelihood—what he refers to as the “Tatlong K” (Kalusugan, Karunungan, at Kabuhayan). Through these programs, he hopes to empower individuals to improve their own lives and create lasting change in the community.
