Her plea came after she shared a tribute to him on April 22, 2025, at the Eastwood Walk of Fame. She explained that, due to “reasons beyond her control,” she couldn’t attend his wake at Heritage Memorial Park. Instead, she chose to honor him by placing flowers and a candle by his star at the Walk of Fame.
On April 26, Alynna posted a photo of her tribute on Instagram and clarified that she never intended for it to go viral. She simply wanted to honor the man she loved in a quiet, personal way. She made it clear that she wasn’t blaming anyone and hadn’t pointed fingers at any relatives who might have prevented her from attending the wake. Despite her intentions, the post sparked a debate online, with some people offering kind words and others passing harsh judgments.
In response to the controversy, Alynna asked her followers not to attack Hajji’s family. She acknowledged that, while some family members respected her, there were others who didn’t accept her.
