Vice Pres. Sara Duterte Speaks on Sister Kitty Duterte, Brothers Paolo & Baste amid Dad’s Detention
KITTY DUTERTE – Vice Pres. Sara Duterte revealed that her youngest sister, Veronica Duterte, is set to go to The Hague in the Netherlands.
Former Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte is detained in The Hague, Netherlands for more than a week now. As of this writing, only Vice Pres. Sara Duterte was there among his children. She previously revealed that she’s the only one with a Schengen Visa.
Vice Pres. Sara Duterte has talked to former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte who wants her to come home to the Philippines immediately. According to the Vice President, she will just talk to the legal team of FPRRD and head home to the country.
The Vice President also previously assured that former Pres. Duterte is “feeling better now”. He was released from the hospital facility of the Hague Penitentiary Institution and is now under a regular detention. According to the Vice President, the former President wants his personal clothes and his supply of diet Coke.
Recently, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte revealed that her sister, Kitty Duterte, is set to fly to The Hague, Netherlands. Based on an interview posted by the ABS-CBN News, the Vice President said that her brothers, Davao Congressman Paolo Duterte and Davao City Mayor Baste Duterte, are still waiting for their Visas.
“My two brothers they don’t have Visas at the moment so it’s only my sister who can come and she’s coming, ah, right before the birthday of Pres. Duterte,” VP Sara said.
During the interview, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte also revealed that Kitty Duterte will stay in The Hague, Netherlands until her birthday in the first week of May. According to her, they made a schedule of taking turns with regards to visiting former Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte.
“We made a schedule of taking turns in talking to him so I gave more of the time to my sister since she’s living with him back in the Philippines so they have more of that family connection,” the Vice President said.
According to VP Sara, what she usually discusses with former Pres. Duterte are their legal plans. With regards to the plans for the upcoming birthday of the former President, it is the Filipino community in the Netherlands that will organize the event.
Previously, Vice Pres. Sara Duterte revealed that former Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte wants to come home to the Philippines. According to the Vice President, she told her dad that he will have the same fate with Ninoy Aquino Jr. if he insists on coming home to the country.
The Vice President revealed that former Pres. Duterte is ready to have a similar fate with Ninoy Aquino Jr. as long as he can go home to the Philippines.
