Mika Salamanca Breaks Her Silence on Apex’s Business Issue

Mika Salamanca Clarifies Her Involvement with Apex

MIKA SALAMANCA – The social media personality issued an official statement regarding her connection to Apex Pacific Corporation, a company involved in a controversy.

In her Facebook post on February 12, Mika clarified that she is no longer affiliated with Apex Pacific Corporation. She explained that her name was unintentionally linked to an issue between the company and its distributors. The controversy stemmed from complaints that Apex failed to deliver orders on time despite receiving down payments, which caused frustration among the distributors, who took their concerns to national television. Mika expressed understanding of their frustrations and acknowledged the concern it had caused her family, friends, and colleagues.

Mika emphasized that she no longer holds any position within the company. She clarified that at the end of 2024, she formally informed the board of her decision to step down from her role as Chief Operating Officer (COO). However, she stressed that she was never actually serving in this capacity. Mika explained that her role had been purely titular, and she was never involved in the day-to-day operations or decision-making processes of the company. Additionally, she stated that she never received any profits or compensation from Apex, nor was she involved in its dealings with regulatory bodies.

Despite her lack of direct involvement in the company’s operations, Mika expressed sympathy for those affected by the issue. She mentioned that after the situation came to light, she reached out to Apex’s management, who assured her they were actively working to resolve the matter. Mika also apologized to those who felt disappointed by the situation, making it clear that it was never her intention to cause harm.

She concluded by thanking those who reached out to her and offered support, expressing her hope that the issue would be resolved soon. Mika wished both Apex and its distributors the best moving forward.
