Batangas Wedding Scammed by Coordinators
BATANGAS – A couple’s long-awaited dream wedding sadly turned into a nightmare after they were left without food, decorations, and other essential services at their venue.
Shiela Hazul, a close friend of the newlyweds, Dianne and Rommel, shared their upsetting experience in a viral post, exposing how the wedding coordinators, Irvin and Agatha Sayson, mishandled the event. Despite paying in full for the wedding services, the couple faced numerous issues on their special day that completely ruined their celebration.
According to Hazul, the wedding coordinators claimed that their entire family had fallen ill on the wedding day, which caused the event to go wrong. However, the problems were much bigger than that. There was no registration setup, no host to guide the event, and the photobooth, which had already arrived, was sent home early.
Additionally, the flowers for the VIP guests were not picked up because there was no money to pay for them. The catering service was extremely late, with the food only being served almost at 10 PM, long after the expected time. To make matters worse, the ceremony and reception had no decorations, and the setup was a mess. There was also no backup plan, so the guests had to step in and help make sure the event could still go on.
The most shocking part was when Hazul shared that Irvin and Agatha never even showed up to their client’s wedding. Instead, they sent unprepared staff who made things even worse. Hazul also revealed that many suppliers were still waiting to be paid by the Saysons. In response, she asked the public to share the information to prevent other couples from being scammed. As of now, the Facebook pages connected to the wedding coordinators, Margaritas Creations and Events and Forever Your Events, have been taken down.
