Security Guard Airs Side on Viral Incident with Sampaguita Vendor
SAMPAGUITA VENDOR VS SECURITY GUARD – A man claiming to be the mall security guard involved in the confrontation with a Sampaguita vendor has finally broken his silence.
In a video, he appeared wearing his security uniform and cap, offering his perspective on the incident. The guard explained that the vendor had been uncooperative even before the recording began, insisting that he was merely performing his duties.
He addressed the vendor’s family, suggesting that responsible parents would not allow their child to sell on the streets and pretend to be a high school student.
The guard clarified that he had no intention of harming the vendor.
He further defended his actions, explaining that despite repeatedly asking the vendor to leave, she resisted.
The guard emphasized that his actions were in line with his job requirements.
Meanwhile, the 22-year-old Sampaguita vendor, who became the center of attention after a viral incident with a security guard, has apologized, expressing that she never wanted him to lose his job. She denied accusations of wrongdoing, explained her situation, and shared her fear of possible retaliation from the security guard.
