Karla Estrada Shares Her Unfiltered Story of Raising Four Children with Different Fathers
KARLA ESTRADA – Celebrity mom Karla Estrada bravely opens up about her experiences and challenges in raising four children with different fathers, sharing her unfiltered story of love, growth, and resilience.
In a heartfelt conversation on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, actress and television personality Karla Estrada opened up about the realities of raising four children as a single mother, each from different fathers. She candidly shared that while her situation may seem unconventional, her children are all born out of love, and she has no regrets about the choices she made.
Karla emphasized that each of her past relationships was meaningful and lasted for years, even though they eventually ended in separation. She explained that she never intended to have multiple partners but also refused to stay in relationships that were no longer working.
“Gusto ko naman talagang maging isa lang. Pero bakit ko maipipilit ang isang sitwasyon na pakikisama na alam kong hindi na puwede, hindi na masaya,” Karla expressed during the interview on January 29.
She also clarified misconceptions about her past relationships, stating that the fathers of her children were not mere fleeting encounters.
Karla acknowledged that her journey as a single mother has not been easy, highlighting the emotional and physical challenges of raising children while going through breakups.
Despite the hardships, Karla remains proud of the family she has built. She firmly stated that her children are the product of love, and there is nothing shameful about it.
“Sila lahat ay bunga ng pag-ibig. At walang nakakahiya roon. Kasi lahat naman tayo nagkakamali. At mas naging pansinin lang ‘yung sa akin dahil ako’y isang artista,” she said.
When asked if she could live without a man, Karla confidently responded, “Ngayon, kaya kong sagutin ng yes. Kasi meron na akong apo.” She was referring to her grandson, Claudio, from her son Carlito, also known as JC.
She added that she has become accustomed to living alone and finds joy in passing on her lineage.
I’m a happy person. I’m a joyful person. Lahat pinagtatawanan ko. That’s third generation from me,” she shared.
Karla’s story serves as an inspiration to many single parents, proving that resilience, love, and self-acceptance can turn life’s challenges into meaningful journeys.
