Pinay OFW Praises Foreign Employers for Showing Compassion
A Pinay OFW working as a housemaid abroad shared her heartwarming experience with her kind employers.
Recently, Jovy Librando, a Facebook user, shared on how her employers took the initiative to care for her while she was resting. The post quickly circulated online and garnered reactions from the netizens.
Despite being unwell, her employers have shown exceptional care, earning praise and touching the hearts of many online.
Librando shared that her Madam handled the household chores, including washing the dishes after meals. She overheard her employers’ conversation. Jovy’s Madam told Sir to buy fresh native chicken to make soup for her, hoping it would help her recover faster.
While resting, Jovy later woke up to find out that Sir had already bought the chicken and cooked it. Their attention to her condition didn’t stop there. Librando’s employer asked their helper Jenny to check on her and make sure she was feeling better.
When Jovy mentioned she was sweating heavily, her Sir even suggested that she take a quick bath to feel refreshed.
At around 7 PM, the female employer gently woke her up to drink the chicken soup, reminding her to be cautious not to stay long in the cold after bathing. Both Madam and Sir insisted she wear a jacket and socks to avoid getting cold, showing genuine care for her recovery.
Jovy realized on how fortunate she is to have such considerate and compassionate employers. She points out how important it is for employers to take care of their helpers, as they are the ones who look after their households.

“Kanina pagkatapos namin ng tanghalian Si Madam nanghugas ng pinggan pati kaninang umaga siya din nanghugas ng pinggan.
Ako nakahiga pero bukas ang pinto kaya narinig ko pag uusap nila:
Amo Kong babae: (kausap amo Kong lalaki) Tapos na ako nanghugas malinis na ang kusina. Ikaw nalang merong isang gagawin.
Amo Kong lalaki: ano?
Amo Kong babae: Bili ka ng preskong manok (yung bumili ka ng buhay na manok tapos katayin nila at linisin sa harap mo)
Para gawin sabaw para makainom si Jovy at maging bubuti kaagad pakiramdam niya.
Amo Kong lalaki: yung native na manok nalang bibilhin ko ma’s masarap ang sabaw non.
Amo Kong babae: yon ma’s maganda ma’s masarap ang sabaw.
Tapos non nakatulog na ako subrang haba pala ng tulog ko hindi ko man lang nalaman na nakauwi na si Sir galing bumili ng manok at niluto na nya.
Amo Kong lalaki: Jenny tanungin mo Si jovy kmxta na paliramdam niya.
Ginising ako ni Jenny at tinanong sabi ko subrang basa ng damit ko ng pawis.
Sabi ni Sir Kong gusto mong maligo maligo ka.
Sabi ko maligo ako mamaya.
7pm ginising ako ni madam para pain painumin ng sabaw.
Ako: maligo muna ako madam subrang basa ng damit ko ng Pawis.
Madam: sigi pero huwag magtagal maligo bilisan mo lang baka lamigin ka.
Ako: opo.
Nagmamadali akong naligo at paglabas ko galing naligo:
Sir: Binasa mo pati buhok?
Ako: ou , hindi ba dapat basain ang buhok?
Madam: pwedi man pero gabi ngayon.
Sir: madali kapa naman malamigan.
Magsuot ka ng jacket at medyas.
Madam: inumin mo kaagad itong sabaw ng manok para mainitan ka.
Ganito dapat mga amo ba alagaan ang mga katulong kasi kapag hindi nila alagaan katulong nila E di sino gagawa ng mga gawaing bahay at mag alaga sa kanila .
